Every time you access our website, your browser automatically transmits data (IP address, date/time, browser type, referrer URL). The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the security and functionality of the website).
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

3. Processing of Applications & CVs

If you provide us with your CV or application documents (e.g., via email or contact form), we process this data to carry out the selection process.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship).

Retention: In the event of a rejection, we store your data for a maximum of 6 months to defend against potential claims under the General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG). The data will then be deleted.

Talent Pool: Longer storage only occurs with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
4. Financial Data & Business Partners

We process data of our clients and partners (names, bank details, tax data, accounting records) to fulfill our consulting contracts.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).

Statutory Retention: Pursuant to Section 147 of the German Tax Code (AO) and Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), we are legally required to securely archive accounting-related documents (invoices, balance sheets, business correspondence) for 10 years.
